Note that the application fee is $125. This fee will be applied to the instructor certification fee at the time of acceptance. Please note, however, that the application fee is nonrefundable, and application is not a guarantee of acceptance.

Note also that, to complete this application, you will need to submit a background check from an accredited service in your country of residence. Your background check should cover/include at a minimum sexual offender registries as well as local, state, and federal criminal databases (convictions and pending cases). Applicants in the U.S. may submit a "complete"-level check from BackgroundChecks.com. Background check should be attached to this form, but should also be send directly from the background check provider to RicksonGracieUnited@gmail.com.
